Reactive Printing That Stays Soft and Doesn't Fade
Many low-cost bed sheets use pigment printing. The color sits on top of the fabric, so the sheets feel stiff and the print cracks after a few washes.
We use reactive printing instead. The dye bonds into the cotton fibers, so the color becomes part of the fabric.
Soft feel: The fabric stays soft and breathable, with no stiff printed layer.
Colors that last: Prints hold up to rubbing, sweat and repeated washing.
Sharp detail: Fine lines and soft watercolor shades stay clear, in sage green, deep blue, coral, taupe and more.

We print with both rotary screen and digital printing, so we can handle large runs of one design or smaller runs of many designs.

100% combed cotton: Very soft and breathable. Best for premium retail collections.
Poly-cotton (52/48 or 65/35): Wrinkles less, shrinks less, and handles frequent washing well. Good for budget lines and high-use bedding.
Thread count: From 128 TC (economy) up to 300+ TC, in percale or sateen weave.
